Security and Privacy in Cn2cash

Cn2cash is a budgeting and cash-flow simulator. That means you may enter information about your income, bills, expenses, goals, habits, and plans.

We take that seriously.

The basic idea is simple: Cn2cash should help you understand your money without asking you to hand over control of your money, your accounts, or your personal budgeting data.

We don’t want your bank password. We don’t want your credit-card login. We don’t want to become another company quietly collecting more financial data than it actually needs.

The Big Idea

Cn2cash is built around user-entered budgeting data, not direct access to your bank accounts.

You can use Cn2cash to plan ahead, forecast cash flow, test decisions, spot pressure points, and get AI-assisted help without connecting your bank, credit-card, brokerage, or other financial accounts.

That matters because financial privacy starts with data minimization: don’t collect what you don’t need.

If we don’t need your financial account credentials, we shouldn’t ask for them. So we don’t.

What We Don’t Collect

Cn2cash won’t ask you to store financial account credentials inside the app.

That means:

  1. No bank usernames.
  2. No bank passwords.
  3. No credit-card account logins.
  4. No brokerage account logins.
  5. No direct access credentials for your financial institutions.

You may still choose to enter budget information manually, such as income, recurring bills, expenses, categories, payors, payees, goals, or planned purchases. That information is what lets Cn2cash help you simulate your cash flow.

But there’s a big difference between entering budgeting information and handing over the keys to your financial accounts.

Cn2cash is designed to avoid the second thing.

What We May Store

To make the app work, Cn2cash may store information you provide, such as:

  • Your account profile information.
  • Your budget categories and planning structure.
  • Income and expense entries.
  • Recurring bills or expected payments.
  • Cash-flow assumptions and forecast settings.
  • App preferences.
  • AI assessment inputs and outputs.
  • AI-helper activity, such as help creating budget categories or organizing entries.
  • Support or feedback messages you choose to send.

This is personal budgeting data. We treat it as private.

The point of Cn2cash is to help you see your own financial life more clearly. It’s not to package your budgeting behavior and sell it to someone else.

AI Features

Cn2cash includes AI-assisted features.

These may include AI assessments, forecasting explanations, budget-setup help, category suggestions, and other helpers that make the app easier to use.

For example, an AI helper may assist with chores like creating budget categories, organizing common expenses, explaining a cash-flow pattern, or helping you think through what a forecast may mean.

That doesn’t make Cn2cash a financial adviser.

AI-assisted features are here to explain, organize, and support budgeting decisions. They’re educational and informational. They shouldn’t be treated as professional financial, legal, tax, investment, credit, or debt-management advice.

And the privacy rule doesn’t change just because AI is involved: your budgeting data won’t be sold, secretly mined for unwanted advertising, or shared without your explicit consent.

Our Privacy Guarantees

Here’s the plain-English version.

  1. We’ll never store your financial account credentials.
  2. We'll never sell your personal budgeting data.
  3. We'll never share your personal budgeting data with third parties without your explicit consent.
  4. We'll never mine your budgeting data to push unwanted ads into your budgeting experience.
  5. Promotional offers, coupons, discounts, or sponsored content will be opt-in only if offered at all.
  6. If you opt into offers, you’ll be able to choose the categories you want to see.
  7. You’ll be able to opt out again.
  8. Sponsored content will be clearly labeled and kept separate from budgeting guidance.
  9. Cn2cash will let you export your data and delete your account with a minimum of friction.

That’s the spirit of the product: to help you budget, not to trap you.

Requested Offers, Not Unwanted Ads

Cn2cash may eventually include a user-controlled savings feed.

That would mean you could request coupons, discounts, or offers in categories you care about, such as groceries, utilities, insurance, transportation, school supplies, home services, or subscriptions.

But that’s very different from spraying unwanted ads across your budgeting experience.

If Cn2cash shows promotional offers:

  1. They’ll be optional.
  2. Sponsored content will be clearly labeled.
  3. You’ll choose the categories you want to see.
  4. You’ll be able to opt out.
  5. Offers will be kept separate from budgeting guidance and financial disclaimers.
  6. We'll never steer you toward products just because someone paid to be shown.

We also expect to prohibit or heavily restrict categories that can exploit financial stress, including payday loans, high-interest credit products, gambling, speculative investments, miracle financial products, and similar offers.

Budgeting is stressful enough. We don’t need to make it predatory.

Security Basics

No public web app can honestly say, “Nothing bad can ever happen.” That would be nonsense.

What we can say is that Cn2cash is being built with ordinary, practical security principles in mind:

  • We collect only what the app needs to function.
  • We avoid storing financial account credentials.
  • We limit access to user data to legitimate operational purposes.
  • We treat AI-assisted features as part of the app experience, not as permission to misuse personal budgeting data.
  • We design account deletion and data export as expected user rights, not special favors.
  • We reserve the right to limit access to the app for operational, security, legal, abuse-prevention, or business reasons.

Security isn’t just about locks and passwords. It’s also about not creating unnecessary risk in the first place.

The safest bank password is the one we never ask you to give us.

Your Role in Keeping Your Data Safe

Cn2cash can help protect your data, but you still play an important role.

Use a strong password. Keep your login information private. Be careful on shared or public devices. If something looks wrong, report it.

If your email account is compromised, take that seriously. Email is often used to access or reset other accounts.

Also, remember that Cn2cash is a planning tool. You’re responsible for comparing your budget against actual account statements and correcting your entries when needed.

Good security protects access. Good budgeting still requires attention.

Data Portability

Your budget data shouldn’t become a trap.

Cn2cash is designed so users can export their data without begging, bargaining, or hunting through a maze of settings.

If you decide to leave, you should be able to take your information with you in a usable format.

That’s not just a technical feature. It’s part of respecting the user.

Account Deletion

Cn2cash will let users delete their accounts through a clear process.

If an account has an active paid subscription, final deletion confirmation also authorizes Cn2cash to cancel that subscription immediately through Stripe. Cn2cash deletes the account only after Stripe confirms cancellation; if cancellation fails, the account and its data remain intact. Unused subscription time is not refunded automatically.

The nuclear option should mean what it says: your account is closed, your related data is deleted according to the stated deletion process, and Cn2cash forgets it ever knew you.

There may be limited cases where some information has to be retained temporarily for legal, security, backup, audit, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons. But the general principle is simple: when you leave, your personal budgeting data shouldn’t linger forever just because deleting it would be inconvenient for us.

GDPR and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific privacy rights under laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation, usually called the GDPR.

Those rights may include the ability to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete certain personal data.

Cn2cash is being designed around the broader idea that users should have meaningful control over their information, not just a dense legal document nobody reads.

What Cn2cash Is Not

Cn2cash isn’t a bank. It isn’t an accountant. It isn’t an investment adviser. It isn’t a credit counselor. It isn’t a certified financial planner.

Cn2cash is a budgeting and cash-flow simulation tool. It helps you think ahead, test assumptions, organize your budget, and see possible financial pressure points.

You remain responsible for your financial decisions.

When you need professional financial, legal, tax, investment, credit, or debt-management advice, get competent professional help.

Bottom Line

Cn2cash exists to give people more visibility into their money.

That only works if users can trust the tool.

So our security and privacy philosophy is straightforward:

Don’t ask for financial account credentials. Don’t sell personal budgeting data. Don’t push unwanted ads. Don’t trap user data. Do let users export their data. Do let users delete their accounts. Do use AI to help people budget more clearly, not to exploit their data. Do treat people the way we’d want to be treated.

We don’t want bad karma.

We want Cn2cash to be useful, honest, and safe enough for real life.
